The Barong Tagalog, more commonly known simply as Barong, is an embroidered formal shirt and considered the male national dress of the Philippines. It is lightweight and worn untucked. A symbol of national pride, it's both elegant and charming, masculine and appealing. Skillfully embroidered in a delicate cloth by the artisans of Lumban, Laguna, Philippines.

beautiful barong. my teenage son wore it to his multi-cultural night in school. i requested the seller expedite the shipping of this item as my son chose to tell me a week before his performance that he needed a barong. item arrived 2 days before expected, carefully packaged and in perfect condition. a huge thank you to the sellers. would definitely buy again from this seller if a need for barong or filipiniana item arises.

Shirt ripped apart as I tried putting it on. Sizing was clearly way off. The buttons also were extremely tough to unbutton
