I recently purchased this baptismal gown for my son, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The outfit is beautifully made with high-quality materials, and every detail feels thoughtfully crafted. Beautiful baby barong! However BUYER BEWARE - listing states returns and exchanges accepted. Not true. We had to reschedule our baptism due to a family illness emergency and I was not allowed to exchange the item, was not provided a reason as to why, nor even receive a response to my inquiry. Very unfortunate as I was very much looking forward to using it. To receive such poor customer service for what was supposed to be a beautiful garment for a very special occasion was so disappointing. Loved the barong and as stated in other reviews, the hat/shoes don’t fit very well at all- wish it was just the barong available to purchase.
